Adult onset diabetes is not genetic and is curable. Many in the medical profession would disagree with both. Quantitative Medicine clinical practice has cured adult onset diabetes consistently and repeatedly.

Any sugar or starch that is consumed goes almost immediately into the bloodstream. Under certain circumstances it can accumulate, and accumulation above a certain level is called Type II Diabetes or Adult Onset Diabetes.

H-pylori Testing

H-Pylori is a stomach bacteria, is widespread, and implicated in a variety gastric problems, including stomach cancer. We recommend getting rid of it. The normal approachh-pylori-bug is to wait for a problem.

H-pylori is short for Helicobacter Pylori. Creatures large and small tend to be referred to with just the first letter for the genus, and the species spelled out. With this scheme, most of us would be H-sapiens.

Intense interval exercise is known to be far more beneficial than what is referred to as ‘aerobic exercise’, even though it takes a lot less time. (All exercise is ultimately aerobic, which is why there are single quotes around that phrase. Dr. Ken Cooper coined the term; he was a wonderful man and told me some great stories but this word, ‘aerobics,’ is very misleading.The word is used to name sustained, sub-maximal exercise.) The reason intense interval exercise is so beneficial is simple. It causes your heart to vary, to vary as much as it can, usually. Rapidly up, rapidly down. This has a strikingly positive and rapid effect on atherosclerosis prevention and reversal, along with rapid improvement of a  variety of blood markers.
